In the Facility Outsourcing the clients commits to seats in Offshore Development Center at less than half the cost that would have to be paid in Onsite mode. DeciBells Software provides the facility (space, hardware, software & communication infrastructure) and qualified manpower to the client. The client has the right to select consultants required for the project. The client manages the complete life cycle of the project and is responsible for deliverables and quality of the service. Space and infrastructure for the client's project manager is also provided. HR related issues are handled by DeciBells Software.

In a Turnkey project DeciBells will manage the complete life cycle of the project and will be responsible for deliverables & quality the client may select/interview key members of the team. DeciBells Software will follow the standards of the client. DeciBells Software offers a very interesting deal.
