b. QAG's mandate is to ensure quality with the execution plan.
c. Works within the parameters of the well documented Quality Assurance Plan.
d. Understand the customer's quality requirements before the project starts.
e. Prepare a Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP) before the project begins.
f. Regularly reviews and audits the software to ensure it meets the quality
standards.
g. Has a setup similar to a software development team.
h. There is a QAG manager with Team Leader and a team of Quality Inspectors
who have focused objectives to ensure quality at various levels.
i. Uses tools to ensure project and individual quality of personnel.
j. The QAG manager works in conjunction and co-ordinates with the Project Management
Group's Manager.

(SCMP).

requirement in the project road map.
f. Tools used - among many other tools we use MS Project as a primary tool to monitor and
ensure timely execution.
