Introduction:
DocuMate
enables users to distribute data in a high security environment. A
user group is set up in which each user has a USB key. This user group
is pre-defined. Users are then able to send data via CD/Floppy or
email. The sender secures (encrypts) the file and sends it across.
The receiver then is able to view the file if the access rights of
their USB key are valid. If the user does not have an approved key
then he/she is not bale to view the file. |
