We have a team of 15 engineer who are qualified to look after an entire range of equipment’s / networks. IT industry being the fastest changing industry, we believe that our engineers need to be updated on the latest technological innovations. Hence we regularly train our engineer either by in-house seminars/training sessions or even sending our engineer outside for certifications like Novell’s CNE, Microsoft’s MCSE, MCP (Microsoft Certified on Server Product).

Our well-qualified engineers have a vast experience of working on the following:-
1. Managing complex networks with multiple OS like NT, Linux, & Novel Netware.
2. Managing Microsoft NT based networks with multiple domains connected across WAN links long with multi vendor networking products like switches,
routers & gateway.
3. Protocols like IPX, NetBEUI, TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP etc.
4. Managing the entire facilities for the clients in such a way that the EDP/MIS personnel are free from the internal clients & can carry their more creative & important tasks. Some of the tasks undertaken are:-
  a. Attending all the internal calls from the user’s & helping them in their day to   day activities.
  b. Fine tuning the network.
  c. Regular back-ups & preventive maintenance.

  system etc.

Support

We use a state-of-the-art customer service management software to track equipment, record problems, maintain logs etc. This system being on-line, our coordinators are able to help customers on the phone initially to diagnose minor problems. If the problems are major the right engineer can be sent with the needed spares. This eliminates repeated calls of the engineer to the clients place. The web-based version of this software is going to be launched shortly. This would enable the client to log the call, monitor the status & even give feedback on the net itself.

A huge inventory of spares is maintained. With perfect tracking of when, which and why a certain part was changed. Model/code with details of year are also maintained. Individual system history is maintained so that our customer support executives can keep track of all your equipment & so can your IT managers.
